Alleppey Turmeric Powder

From the fertile lands of Kerala, the gold standard of the variety. Alleppey turmeric is grown for the taste of the root, not color alone. Deep golden orange, robustly pungent, faintly oily with the essential oils and curcumin still intact. One ingredient in the jar: turmeric. Farm to jar in sixty days, while it is still alive.
